I thought I would give HM a go after reading somwhere about improved AI loot, Tomes and such like.

So I come to Witman's folly "Vanquish" the area for a measly 300xp and gold which I thought was a bit of a rip off

but I must have been mistaken as I got terrible drops! Worse then I would get before HM came out.

See!

Really disapointing

If HM is just harder enemys with worse drops then I would think that's a bad idea?

Not really. I've gotten 4 gold drops in a full hench team.

i am averaging 4-8 gold drops per mission on HM on missions before Lions ARCH. dragons gullet is also a gold mine.

I thought the deal with HM was that solo'ing or henching it didnt make a difference, the drops were "to scale" of the party.

Ok so I thought maybe the first time you enter an area the drops are same as normal so I cleared it again.

1 necromancer tome
1 gold shortbow
1 gold grawl gear
1 lockpick which got me another gold grawl gear

Only 400g this time, So I dunno if it's luck or just the first time you eneter a zone>?
